How is the purchasing process on the web?

 

  1. You can choose the products you are interested in buying and add them to the shopping cart. 

  2. Once you have finished choosing the products you want to buy, go to the shopping cart section at the top where you can add or remove products at will before proceeding to the payment button. 

  3. It is possible to buy without being a registered user. You will be prompted with the information needed to purchase. Those fields that have an asterisk are mandatory and necessary to provide the service correctly.

  4. Know that the offers and prices may vary or be modified, the ones you see on our page are the valid ones.

  5. Once the payment is made, the order will be processed and sent to the email  and / or WhatsApp that you indicate in the same purchase form. Along with: Description of your order (example: 1 Windows 10 pro + free McAfee​ )

  6. If you want the shipping process of your order to be immediate, please write to us  to our WhatsApp 0993463014, where you must indicate the photograph or screenshot of your respective payment along with your name, surname and email. Once your payment is verified, your order will be sent as a priority.

Guarantees, Withdrawals and Returns

 

Software Warranty

  1. The License Store obtains its licenses from verified providers and traces the origin of the licenses. We are sure that the licenses are valid and have no illegal origin.

  2. You have a period of 5 business days to verify the license. After that time, you lose the right to any disability claim. This is because we cannot guarantee that the buyer will not resell the license again.

  3. After the activation of the license, you will have 1 year of operation guarantee.

 

 

faulty licenses

In the event of an error, we recommend that you verify the Internet connection and the correct configuration of your computer, as well as the license technical sheet.

If the license still doesn't work, you should try it on another computer to determine if the problem is with your terminal. Do not install again on a computer without properly ensuring that you have uninstalled it on the previous computer. If the license does not work, contact  novagroup.oficial@gmail.com or to our cell phone/WhatsApp 0993463014. We do not guarantee the return in all cases but we promise to handle the complaint with the manufacturer to find out why the license does not work. If it is a fact due to us we will give you a new license.

We do not refund license fees in all circumstances.

In case a license does not work and after a confirmation process of its malfunction to guarantee that you have not sold or manipulated the given license, we will give you a second license for free, which must be used immediately. But for no reason will a third license be delivered again, without an exhaustive investigation by our specialists and the verification of the entire batch.  that belongs  the license in question  to confirm if it is an isolated event or an exceptional failure that could occur in an entire batch, in which case a new license would be sent again, otherwise there would be no refund.

Right of withdrawal

 

  1. The Right of Withdrawal does not apply in Software licenses. 

  2. We will not refund money on licenses that are valid. The reason is that once the activation code is discovered, it is impossible to guarantee the confidentiality of the key.

 

This is so in the regulations of the sector, so we invite you to read the consumer legislation on the matter:

 

Article 103. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal .

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:

….i) The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the

The Right of Withdrawal will only be exercised in the products  that do not correspond to licenses  for intangible products except for the exceptions provided for in the Law:

  1. To request the right of withdrawal, the term is 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.

  2. If the product is returned under normal conditions, the full refund will be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product at our facilities, this is because we will immediately sell the license that is returned to eliminate the risk that the person who gives your refund do not resell the license, provided it is not due to misuse by the customer or significantly diminished in value from its use.

  3. The refund to the consumer will be the total amount of the purchase, that is, the price of the product plus shipping costs.

  4. If you have any questions, you can use the chat, mail or telephone that appear on our website.

  5. The information requested -provided completely voluntarily-, is recorded in an automated file called "Claims", which will be used to process the claim in accordance with the established procedure and for statistical purposes of the company.

  6. By submitting the claim, you consent to the communication of your data, as appropriate, to the claimed entity, Confianza Online or other arbitration systems that the website has and that will always be described in the legal notice.

You have the right to access the data provided, rectify or cancel it, in accordance with the provisions of the European Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing regulations.

 

Special prices for Computer Stores and Distributors.

Unless otherwise indicated in a special contract for this purpose, the prices to distributors will be in the same conditions with a discount for the volume of purchase that will be determined individually for each interested company.

General Conditions of Sale

  1. The seller is responsible for the offers, prices and descriptions of the products, as well as the logistical aspects of the shipment and the rights of the consumers. 

  2. Price to the public is according to what was agreed by the seller.

  3. The seller does not assume responsibility for force majeure, incorrect use or against the manufacturer's instructions, criminal uses and in general any inappropriate use in accordance with the rules of good faith and proper use of the product following the manufacturer's instructions.

  4. The seller is not responsible for the incorrect use of the products, false data or data omissions that make shipping impossible for reasons attributable to the customer. We recommend that you follow the sales instructions and always contact in case of doubt before buying.

  5. The reservation of products or their accumulation in the carts without prior payment does not generate any right  or binding contract. The contract is only perfected once the payment is effectively disbursed in our account. It may happen that someone buys a product early and we run out of stock before you make the payment. That is why we recommend you to buy by logging in and paying instantly in cases of limited stock.

  6. In the event that any paid product is not available due to a company error, an alternative of equal or higher value will be offered or the value delivered will be returned within 48 hours.

  7. We are not responsible for  product reviews and ratings  made by third parties outside the web.

  1. We will not accept other standards than those described here.

  2. We do not accept verbal or written contracts that do not have our electronic signature. We expressly waive  that it is understood that the exchange of emails or others that do not have a header written with the word contract, have their own validity or different from what is stated in this document. 

  3. For confrontations or disputes you can contact our technical department, we make an express arbitration submission to the rules of conduct established by the Association and the Code of Ethics of "Confidence Online". 

  4. The page is subject to possible variations in prices.
